1. Services Provided
Kalptaru Yatra (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides online cab booking services including one-way, round-trip, local, and airport transfers. Bookings are facilitated through our platform and fulfilled by our drivers and travel partners.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate booking details including pickup and drop locations, contact information, and travel dates.
- Carry a valid government-issued ID during travel.
- Be present at the pickup point on time.
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
- Not use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Confirmation will be sent via SMS/email once the booking is successfully made.
- Kalptaru Yatra reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
4. Payments
Payments can be made online through secure gateways or by cash at the time of pickup (if available).
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle category, applicable taxes, tolls, and driver allowances.
GST will be charged as per government regulations.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made before the scheduled pickup time.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per company policy and may take 7–10 business days.
No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or delays caused by the customer.
Kalptaru Yatra reserves the right to deduct cancellation charges.
6. Delays & Liability
- While we strive for timely service, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Kalptaru Yatra is not liable for losses, missed flights/trains, or damages arising from such delays.
- Customers are advised to allow sufficient buffer time for airport and railway transfers.
7. Driver & Vehicle Rules
Drivers may refuse service if the passenger is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaves inappropriately.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and carrying hazardous items inside vehicles are strictly prohibited.
Passengers must wear seatbelts and follow safety rules.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kalptaru Yatra acts as a booking platform and will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury during the journey.
Any disputes regarding service quality must be reported to customer support for resolution.
9. Modification of Terms
Kalptaru Yatra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Vapi.
